Calgary (Full Time)

This fast-paced, results-oriented role will focus on residential leasing in JEMM’s beautiful urban rental properties. You will work within our professional leasing team to take prospective residents from first “hello” through to contract completion. Ability to manage multiple priorities with high level of detail of accuracy is a must for this busy role. Candidates should highlight customer-facing sales/leasing experience in their application.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and management of tenant files.
• Use CRM effectively for pipeline generation, pre-qualifying & creating tours that are aligned to needs
• Brand and community evangelist to create loyalty and drive renewal percentages
• Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while maintaining company policies and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively promote available units.

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales/easing is highly desirable.
• Proficient in contracts and relevant administrative tasks, including data entry and file management.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Workplace Considerations:

• This position requires in-person work at our Bridge at Bridgeland location
• Typical hours are 10am to 6pm, including at least one weekend day per week
