Construction of Bridge began in April 2020 (link to groundbreaking blog), in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic. Despite the many challenges, intense health and safety implications and supply chain delays Bridge was completed on time. The first tenants will move in on July 1.Â
During the celebration JEMM team members, Edan Lindenbach, Principal Land Planning & Development and Lesleigh Russell, Director of Construction extended thanks to the City of Calgary, Bridgeland Riverside Community Association, ITC Construction Group, trades, lenders, technology providers and local artists who all contributed immense time and talent to creating this special development in the heart of Bridgeland.
Guests also enjoyed a sneak peek of Bridge’s suites and common area artwork, as well as panoramic views from the 12th floor rooftop patio & lounge.
