About The Bridge at Bridgeland

JEMM, together with Zeidler Architecture, has designed The Bridge to rise along the southern edge of Bridgeland’s award-winning 30-acre master-planned enclave, The Bridges. The Bridge will introduce leasable living spaces into a sought-after community, creating new opportunities for people to enjoy urban life with flexibility and ease.

The Bridge will provide 285 apartment-style leasable living spaces above carefully curated retail shops and restaurants. Inside the building, tenants will find places to connect with people, work out, store bikes, share a car or charge an electric bike.

The Bridge has been designed as multi-tiered building with a 16-storey tower on the Northeast corner of 9th street NE, an 11-storey wing to the south, and a 7-storey wing to the west. At the main entry point for residents the building height drops down to two storeys, alongside an outdoor plaza space.

The Bridge offers car-free living, encouraging residents to take advantage of all the opportunities for daily discovery on foot or bike. Bridgeland’s main street, cycling pathways, St. Patrick’s Island, Calgary’s downtown core, the Bridgeland/Memorial LRT station, the banks of the Bow River and thirteen local bridges are all just moments away.
